We've ensured there are no pending migrations for ElasticSearch, and verified all Pages projects have been migrated to the ZIP format that is required to upgrade to 14.0.

In preparation for the upgrade to GitLab 14.0, we will be performing additional validation on instances running GitLab Pages and/or ElasticSearch to ensure the upgrade to 14.0 will go smoothly.

We will _not_ be updating instances to 14.0 during this maintenance window.

We do not expect downtime on any instance, however, if we find issues we must resolve for the upgrade to be performed smoothly, some downtime on specific instances might occur. We will keep the downtime as short as possible on affected instances.
